At Wig Studio 1, we want you to love your look, which is why we offer a straightforward return process for eligible hairpieces within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original factory condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request and receive your return instructions.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully place the wig in its original hairnet and box, ensuring all retail packaging, inserts, and tags are intact and unaltered.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item is in unworn condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
