How do I choose the right wig size for my head?
To find your perfect fit, measure your head circumference from the front hairline, behind the ear, to the nape of the neck, and back to the other ear. Most of our styles are 'Average' size, but many feature adjustable straps for a custom fit.
What is the difference between synthetic and human hair wigs?
Synthetic wigs are 'shake-and-go' and maintain their style even after washing, while human hair wigs offer the most natural look and feel, allowing you to use heat styling tools just like your own hair.
What is your return policy for hairpieces?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, factory-condition. For hygiene reasons, wigs must be unworn, uncut, and include all original packaging and tags to be eligible for a refund.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Please note that some designer styles may require 1-2 days of processing time before shipment.
Can I use regular hair care products on my wig?
We strongly recommend using only specialized care products formulated for wig fibers. Regular drugstore shampoos can be too harsh and may damage the cap construction or strip the moisture from the hair.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
Yes, we value your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or mailers that do not explicitly mention 'wigs' on the exterior label.
